EN16034: the overarching standard for pedestrian and industrial fire/smoke doors & shutters. it mandates assessment against:

EN 1634-1: fire resistance test for doors, shutters, and operable fabric curtains (integrity, insulation)

EN 1364-2: fire resistance tests for non-loadbearing elements - part 2: ceilings (relevant for shutter boxes/cassettes).

EN 1363-1/2: general fire resistance test methods.

EN 13501-2: classification using test data from above 

UL 10B / UL 10C: standard fire tests for door assemblies. 

UL 263: standard for fire tests of building construction and materials (similar scope to ASTM 119).
